With the Leafs going up 4-1 with 15 minutes to go in the third period, I cannot say how proud I am by their efforts.
I gave them little chance when they went behind 3-1 in this series.
I admit that as a staunch fan I should have had more faith in their resolve, but I honestly thought they were done.
Three consecutive wins against the Bruins seemed to be an impossible task
They proved me wrong and I apologize to Leafs Nation and commend the Leafs for their extraordinary effort.
There are now only 5 minutes remaining with the Leafs now winning by 4 -.2
Early congratulations to Randy Carlyle and all the Leafs.
Regardless of the final outcome , the Leafs have proven they have have risen to a new and higher level.
