It took about 8 weeks BUT the $1,000.00 prepaid Mastercard arrived in the mailbox today! It was just one of the bonus perks included when we signed up with Enercare. New furnace and A/C units were installed. This will come in handy when paying for Claudius' vet bills.

With all the 'smart' devices we have, why can't there be a smart device that notifies you when you have mail in your community mailbox slot? I hate walking to it only to find it full of just air.

Flyer delivery volume has just about dropped off to just Canadian Tire flyer on Tuesdays and sometimes another store promo card in the past last month.
Did receive Toys R Us toy catalogue last week. New Ontario Milk calendar arrived this week, about 4 weeks after online order.
Mr Moneysaver booklet last week had 10% off coupon for The Brtish Market in Burlington with Nov.15 expiration date.

Got mail twice this week. Two November statements arrived yesterday but were processed by Canada Post the week prior according to system dates on envelope backs. Lends credence to stories of mail parked in trailers.

Would it be permissible to put a sensor in the mailbox? You would likely have issues setting up any video camera. An Air Tag on the back of the mailbox door wouldn't give any indication of mail inside.
