All Purpose Rant Away Thread - 3.2.1 GO!

Ok all you Smart Canuckers I have a question. I recently purchased a Whirlpool stove ( In Mar/26) in I cannot get the steam clean option to work what I consider to be properly. I have followed the instruction from the manufacturer, and DH is measuring a temperature of 141F when it is in middle of the cycle. It is NOT cleaning very much if anything. My 35 year old Kenmore did a way better job of self cleaning. I have asthma and sticking my head in an oven to clean it is not my preference. ( I like breathing). Any suggestrions?? (aside from heaving it out the door.).

The Universe was trying to get my attention today. Had a full day planned to get gas, shop for groceries but DH said he had to put antifreeze in the radiator on his way to work on Wednesday ( he noticed liquid on the driveway as he pulled out )
So I figured I'd fill up first then head to get the leak checked out. The price said 190.9 a Litre! I looked at the gauge, I could wait till Friday as the news said it was going to dropping 9 cents overnight!! So I went straight to the mechanics. Yup. Of course we needed an entire new radiator installed!

Courtesy driver dropped me home. 3-4 hours later I go back, it was all fixed. As I drive away I see the gas gauge!! I assume they had to run the vehicle more than usual to check on the new install for leaks ? I dunno, all I knew was now there was NOT enough gas for DH to get to work and back with. GRRRR, so I pumped in $20.00 . Tomorrow I'll do the rest of the fill up. Also now I only had enough energy and time to shop at 1 store before DH would need the vehicle for work. The highlight for the day was my arthritic flare up put me in such a sour mood! Not a fan of chronic pain.
