Going back in time

If you could go back in time, where would you go, which year? Why?
Is it to change something in history or just live a period of the past... or only a few ago to recall a personal experience...

i'd go back at the time of ancient civilizations: Rome, Greece, Egypt, China

The fact that I managed to lose that many of hours of work - shows I'm not paying attention either!!! (New computer now, plus three forms of back-up, so it's all good - lots of work though ).

I think too much. Ancient civilizations would be right up my alley (history/religion nerd here), but then I think about their state of sanitation and medicine...
