You should definitely call the HO, not the store & ask to speak to the person with highest authority.. Let them know of the lack of service when u originally called the store & that their reputation will be tainted by bad publicity by you & you'll write to the president & ask for his/her name (maybe at the end if they still refuse to do nothing)... I would want to think the HO will handle the matter more professionally.

I've gotten positive coupon replies from SC Johnson, Chapman's and Monster Energy I emailed a bunch of companies last night so I'll see what other responses I get
