Which companies have you emailed?

Playtex is the only brand of tampons I will ever use now. I just sent them a huge long praising e-mail about their products and also my "history" with them (ie: using tampax for ages until I realized the Playtex's applicators don't pinch me like the tampax does).

Hopefully I will hear back from them and receive some coupons!

Recently I wrote an email to Royale,as I had purchased thier paper towel 6 pack printed with a design on it.

When I opened the package the paper towel rolls had black ink dropped all over them. They where perfectly fine to use.
The kids complained the whole time we had them as they felt they where dirty.... ahh Kids..................

I wrote an email to Royale and sent it to the address on thier packaging along with the UPC code etc.....

I rcvd a reply from them fairly quickly with a note saying they where sending me coupons.

I was intrigued to say the least to see what I would get.

Well today it arrived and they sent me 3 x $3 off any Royale paper product. (napkins, toilet tissue, kleenex, paper towel).

Not bad for a quick email.

I emailed them about toilet paper I got (this was about a month or so ago). Some of the rolls where half missing (like half rolls and they fell apart). Even before you wiped. I emailed them which they responded and told me to call. I called and never got an answer the line just kept ringing. Nice customer service. I guess it depends on the rep you get.

lol no i got the same coupons. i has toilet paper that was falling apart before even using. there were big clumps or toilet paper in the package.
