Does anyone know how to contact McDonald's? They screwed up my order and wouldn't fix it. I spent a good $40 there and they would not fix the damn order >:|

I don't think there's any way but by phone. I had an angus burger from there about 2 weeks ago that was SO bad, it made me vomit. Nothing but a phone number that I could find, and if I remember correctly, they were conveniently closed.

Emailed Tim Hortons this week about a bad experience last weekend.
They got our order wrong (Drive Thru) and when we went back to ask them to correct, they looked at us like we were insane and someone behind us in line (that worked for a different Tim's) had to tell them to give us 2 replacement coffees.

Tims Customer service mailed us a $10 GC.

That is good that you got that! A while back (like maybe 3 or 4 years ago) I was at a Tims inside a shopping mall. As I was waiting in line to place my order I had a pretty good view of a portion of the back (there was a dividing wall from the front of store to the back and a portion of the wall was cut out to make as a door.) Well there was this guy standing in the back and was positioned so I was seeing him from his side. Then all of a sudden you see him start to scratch the front of his "downstairs area"! And did it ever look like he had a really bad itch. I was in shock. So I start thinking okay don't order the food!! Just get a coffee. So its finally my turn to order and I pay. Well who comes strolling out of the back (mind you he never moved from his place so I know he didn't wash his hands!). My cashier makes my coffee ... good good.... then he comes over with a lid! and don't you know it he put it on my cup!!!
I was soooo grossed out and I wanted to talk to a Manager ... but apparently there was none their.

I ended up emailing tims and they just replied sorry we will look in to the matter. Okay its great that they where going to look in to it ... but really they mix up your order and you get money ... I get a side of "who knows what" and I get the brush off. Who would make something like that up?

Whenever we've had issues we've just called the location we went to. They generally give us whatever they screwed up plus a free meal on our next visit.

Call the store directly and either ask for a manager or a district manager.
I had an AWFUL experience at a MCD near my house when a woman thrust a hot coffee at me with the lid askew and even though I tried to tell her it wasn't on she thrust it at me and dumped half the coffee down my arm and into my car (window/lock controls everything).

Still makes me mad..

For me when I emailed them and complimented them on a particular product line I purchase frequently they sent me 2 $3 off ... wish I got a FPC. But I am also happy that they sent any at all.

You have to email them (or that's better to call) and ask for the "Parent's Pack" (magic word). They will send you an FPC.

The idiot was lucky this wasn't 10 years ago and this wasn't the States. The coffee and hot chocolate ten years ago was scalding and scalded many and one woman sued huge. I think it was several million and because of that lawsuit the temperature was regulated.

I have just started couponing and have made several phone calls trying to track down coupons....Aveeno and J&J have been the only successful ones. I tried to call Motts and they were not helpful whatsoever!!!!! I'm going to try e-mailing...great idea....thanks.
