Hmm that is what i did wrong i guess! I asked if they had coupons! Try try again!

Oh i also complained to goody saying their spin pins did not work in my hair after following the directions, you tubing tutorials, etc and they wrote me back re-stating the directions on the box. Omg so dumb!

I've never had a problem trying to use Goody products so I just complimented them (I really do love their stay put elastics and headbands) and they sent me out a little envelope with I think 5 packs of hair elastics and one thing of bobby pins. Not too bad! :D

A couple of years ago I complained to Glad regarding their garbage bags. Every single bag would split down the seam (something to do with the bag not lining up with the sealing machine). Anyway, I had to provide the UPC code and info of where I bought the bags, but in return I got a huge box of products from Glad. Every kind of garbage bag you can imagine, Glad Cling Wrap and loads of coupons.

I also have written to TreSemme (sp) and stated how much I loved their shampoo & conditioner but hated that their bottles were too big and bulky to use in the shower and that they should offer hand pumps with their bottles as a promo. They ended up sending me two hand pumps and a boat load of coupons as well.

i got this one today, i sent them an email saying that i love their dish soap but i keep having a problem where the soap dries up and gets clogged under the pop top, i had to send an email back asking if they wanted the bottle with liquid still in it or not cause they didnt specify and cause im currently using it lol
im glad they are sending me some vouchers though!


also forgot to mention that i sent this email last night so kudos to them for the quick response!

I sent an email to Whiskas about my cats absolutely loving their food, but sometimes vomiting it up (not always, but one cat will vomit once per day, so it varies). Today I got 2 $10 vouchers for any of Mars pet care (Whiskas, Pedigree, Cesar, Temptation and Natural Defense)!

I just emailed Kellogg's complaining that coupons on they're Special K boxes (I had just bought) had expired April 11. Apparently - the stores are supposed to clear the product after a promotion has expired - they're sending me some coupons.

Johnson&Johnson -New parent pack; $2 and $3 coupon for their other products
Sunrise Tofu - I adore their tofu products and have been enjoying them since I was 12 years old, emailed them and said I have coupons coming! So not sure on the $$ amount yet.
Pampers - I emailed them about a problem with my diapers, the little cartoon part on the front of them had fallen off of about half the package! Wasn't a big deal though but still doesn't say much about the quality of their diapers. So they are sending me x2 $10 off coupons.
Bolthouse farms- x4 $1
Tampax - complaint... first pack of tampons I've had to buy in 11 months and there was three applicators with no tampons in them... wtf?! So they said they would send me an FPC as well as some coupons.

I emailed maybelline about a product I hated, they sent me a refund check and a gift certificate only redeemable at the one place in town that HATES coupons more than Zellers! SDM! It's printed on plain paper, so I'm keeping the letter they sent me as 'proof' I didn't just make it myself. Crap way of doing things, maybelline, crap way of doing things. At least P&G's holograms are enough so you know they're real.

I emailed Pampers about few diapers tearing at the seams near the legs and they mailed back saying they are sending four 10$ coupons for my purchases!! Awesome!!

@Chantel, I tried to redeem two coupons for free Vitamin water at SDM, and (even though they know me well), they kept saying it wasn't valid, then when I showed them the expiry date, they said, well, you need to pay the tax. I showed them again that it includes the taxes as stated bloody well clear on the coupons, she said nope, you gotta pay them. Took two of them to argue with me about taxes and why the final cost was so high (over $1), eventually we walked away with our waters. But damn! I won't be going there again!
