I'm pretty sure that its because you can only redeem AGC's for your own countries store now.

I used to redeem .com AGC's, but now the only AGC's for me to redeem are .co.uk.

The same is true for you. You used to redeem .com AGC's, but now you have .ca AGC's in your store instead.

Very bad day today, as i didn't win anything from the SLB. Got carried away kind of, as usually i don't use up all my clicks on one sitting, but i guess the "not winning" just got to me.

sporadically throughout the day, there is no magic time, pay attention to when others have won on the side of the SLB.
