Dealextrme is a online site located in Hong Kong, its a really reliable site that offers a wide varity of weird, neat and interesting products. Most of them are really cheap and useful. They have pretty good customer service who responds to you within 2 days, if you have any issues with your order they offer really good help.

All my experiences with dx is really good so far, nothing bad has happened, but once i did receive a defective product, which they replaced for me with a working one in a week. They're shipping may take some time though because its located so far, just be patient and within 2 weeks you should receive your order. Shipping is FREE by the way, so what ever you see is what you pay. The only issue is that they only accept paypal payments and the currency is in USD.

Everything they offer is really cheap compared to else ware, you could get flashlights that normally cost $50 in stores, and only around $10 there. Its a major difference but if you need it right away i would not recommend this site as sometimes they take a long time to ship.

Customer service- Amazing, they replied to all my requests and issues right away.

Safety of purchasing from site- Its really safe to purchase items from this site, it uses paypal, if you still don't trust using your own credit cards online, you could find one of those prepaid ones they work as well. Really reliable site, if they dont have the item you request they would offer refunds promptly. Remeber if you do purchase off this site create an account with the SAME email address as your paypal account.

Coupon codes: They sometimes offer coupon codes that lasts for a short time, but they always got Bulkrate which is if you purchase 3+ of the same items you save some money, but you need to purchase registered airmail to it which is $1.7 but you get to track the order.

Points: They offer 1 pt for every $10 purchased, not cumulative, meaning you cant buy $5-$3-$3 to get 1 pt. You could use them towards certain items as rewards, but its a beta system, also you can exchange it towards money 10pt-$1. You could post videos, pictures and reviews of products to receive more points.

Its a flashlight for a really cheap price, it works really good, it feels solid and the light is extremely bright. The quality of how its built inst that good though. But its all worth it due to FREE shipping and low prices.

Dx is a recommend site to you if you just looking for cheap electronics and other stuff. They do sell all sorts of random stuff that may be illegal in Canada, it just depends on what you buy. All my orders have arrived in perfect condition.

ive bought several things from them, they are a good site but i dont recomend buying any of their expensive items and dealing with the CS can be a pain and you have to ship defective things back and it can take a while to get a replacement.

On cheap things they will typically just send you a replacement without making you send the broken item back.

***Rule of thumb with DX, if you need it fast then buy it somewhere else!! Shipping can take as long as a month and a half! "In stock ships in 1-3 days" typically means "Wd dont know, almost never ships in 1-3" days, youll get your items sometimes sooner sometimes later but it will always be atlast 2-3 weeks, so again if you need it quick dont buy from dx***

you dont have anything to worry about really, 99 perceont of the time youll get your order, just dont spend alot of money there and be prepaired to wait for a while, sometiems their ship quick other times not so much

you see they dont have any inventory or stock so 90% of the orders they have to get from the supplier before they can send it to you, so sometimes this can be a timely process

And for some wondering why some people get their items in 2 days and other 3 weeks HK ships to BC distribution then BC distribution ships to other Canadian places. I RECOMMEND THEM ENTIRELY! i wouldn't say Paypal is a "con". Everythign you see in china town downtown is like 1.5x the price of them form their site. AND their customer service may be "slow" but they are respectible they sent me replacements when a couple of my items arrived DOA.

From someone who shops online quite a bit, I do not think 3 weeks is a long delivery. I have had items from the US take that long.

thats not really the biggest porlbme with their shipping time, they dont care much or sometimes any stock so sometimes it will be 2 weeks before they even ship your products

the "In stock" tag doesnt mean anything and "usually ships in 1-3 days" should be "Almost never ships in 1-3 days" ive had things show up in 3 weeks and others in over a month, ive heard of some people waiting as long as two months.

Their cs isnt really that good, i think its rather poor, which is why i dont recomend buying anything expensive from there.

over all its a good site for the prices and since their so low its usually worth the risk but dont buy anything expensive from them and if you need it fast then buy it somewhere else

I was tlaking to my friend about the price thing, my friend assumes that some of the things that we see in the Richmond Night market (in BC) was bought off DX and sold for 5x the price for profit. I haven't ordered off the site before... until i saw soemthing i like. Too bad they didnt have they dont have silcone case for my Black berry curve.

alot of people buy from them and re-sell for profit, theres alot of it on feebay too, i know some people sell it on there and just have dx drop ship it directly to the customer, now thats low

I dunno if I would say "low". It is kind of like a travel agent - you can book your trip yourself or pay someone to look after it for you - KWIM?? Some people would be leary of a site like DX, but that middleman of Ebay offers then that sense of security where they know they can file complaints and they know that something can be done about those complaints.

It is not something I would do as it would be far more of a PITA to have to deal with a third party and you cannot control the shipping times, etc, but hey - if someonle else wants to go through that hassle more pwer to 'em!!

I am still sitting here waiting for my order (that was only made a couple of days ago). I am so excited to see my deals I can hardly wait!!!
