Yep, a lot of them are J&J, Sanrio, because they have a lot of printables on livingwell.ca and on their various brand sites. Most of the stores I go to won't accept printables, so I just ask for manufacturer's coupons instead, and they are always willing to send some. Once a month or so I just use one contact us form and list all the ones that are available, and ask I can have some mailed to me instead. If they were to start offering coupons on save.ca, I bet it would save their reps some work

Most companies with printables will send coupons, actually. A few have asked me which stores won't accept them, but most just apologize (as if it's their fault!) and send me some coupons. A smaller company (which I don't want to name, after what happened with Pom) actually sent me an FPC, when all that was on their site was $0.50 off (for a ~$3 product).
I emailed a few new companies tonight, so we'll see what happens.

I recently had a complaint about Pepsi. We bought a few of the tall cans that they had at walmart after xmas. They were all flat tasting. I emailed them and told them that we are avid pepsi drinkers and that it was almost an addiction...lol.. I gave them all the numbers they asked for. A while later I got 3 envies in the mail. One had 1 - free 2 L bottle and 1 - free case of pepsi. the second envie had 2 - free 2 l bottle coups and the third had 2 - free case coups. woohoo.. They don't expire until june so will stock up for camping...

When I had my first baby, I was on the Pampers mailing list and received tons of coupons in the mail. With my second, I added her to the website but had to call about 3 times to get something in the mail...they didn't mail anything out automatically like the first time. Such a pain because I prefer Pampers by far!

I have never received coupons from e-mailing any of the companies that I have contacted...even ones that others on SC have suggested.

I emailed Campbells about their goldfish crackers and they sent me 1 $1 off any Campbell's product coupon. Seems kind of a waste of postage for 1 coupon, but 1 is better than none.
All the other companies (other than for enfagrow) have said no to coupons

I bought a Nair wax from Loblaws that was on clearance for about $5 and it was my first time using a microwavable wax. I had a terrible experience and I told the company about it and they sent me a $10 cheque
I Love you; not for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you.

Safeway refused my printable Olympic yogurt coupon, so I wrote Olympic and asked if they have any manufacturer's coupons. Plus I raved about how I love their yogurt. They said they'd send me a couple dollar offs. I'm going to write to Oceanspray too. We'll see what happens.
