-
Wed, Mar 25th, 2009, 03:39 PM #1
Today I opened up my box of Pampers from Loblaws to get my Gifts to Grow Points and OH MY GOODNESS there was a stack of points!! 18 @ 4 points each to be exact...the machine must have gotten stuck that puts the labels on (they were one on top of each other) YEEEEEE that was 72 points plus 4 on the other bag inside the box...hubby was excited because I was trying to get enough points for the Best Buy gift card for him. What luck!

WOW....congrats!!! I have TONNES of pampers ($2000 worth) at home..wondering if I should cut open each bag to get the codes..

for those who are wondering why I have so many diapers at home...it's because I have 2 kids. And..i got all the diapers during the walmart sale last year..$8.98/pack! It's regularly $17 where I live so I went CRAZY!!

Wow, that's a LOT of diapers! You spent $2,000 at Walmart at once?
DH thought I was nuts if I spent $90 to buy three ginormous boxes!
You might want to rip open some of those boxes, I think the program could end next year.
Editing to ask, where the heck do you keep THAT many packs of diapers???

LOL we did the same thing but ours were $5 with coupons yeeeeee...I underestimated how long she would be in size 3's though so I had to get her a box just to get her through to the size 4's

That was quite the deal wasn't it! Once my husband used SCOP when all the pampers at Loblaws came up 1 cent higher...we each grabbed one of every different size. They were on sale for $15.97 so we got them for $5.97 and used a $3 coupon to bring them down to $2.97...that was a ROCKIN day

Actually I spent about $1000 at Walmart...then $1000 at RCSS for their boxing day sale..

yeah..that's quite a lot of diapers..but hey, its worth it when I look back that now I won't be buying diapers for at least a year...
yeah i was thinking of entering all the codes now to get the giftcards i want incase they cancel the program!
I'm so jealous of the 72pts in one box!!

smanda...
I'm pretty sure I know how many of each size I need...I've calculated pretty much to the dot of what my daughter will go thru with my son. and so far, it's been on track
Also if I don't use these, I can always give them to my sister in law.she's due in May!
actually if you think about it, $2000 isn't that many...that's only around 60-70 boxes.and that's between 2 kids that are still in diapers!
kids are expensive .... but i figure if i spend $2000 now, i'll save at least $2000 later!
Almost forgot to mention...for those using pampers, remember to save the UPCs!! It's worth $0.50 each!

Glad you got 'em though. I'm done buying diapers, just trying to scrape together enough points to cash in the last bit.
