Phoning them usually gives me no results. I will get a hold of them tho cuz this has been a while.

Just finished a survey and went to log in and see what my points balance is and I got this message

Apparently TNS is doing a massive overhaul of their system and will be back in a few soon. I tried to do a profile update last week and I got a message saying to try again later because of this. I know they sent out emails about a month ago warning us of this...on the bright side though, they are adding Paypal

The new site is up and running... I'm still navigating through it to see the changes, but one thing I did notice is that the Amazon.ca gift cards are only available in $10 and $25 amounts, and the cost has slightly increased. They also have little mini polls that you can do which from what I can see do not reward you with any points.

There are also TONS more options for prizes! I just hope they get better at sending them out! I have redeemed for 5 $5 Amazon gift cards in the past and have yet to see them...

I hope they improve the rewards as well. I always order cheques from TNS because gift cards take way too long to arrive.

Does anyone remember how many points it used to take to redeem for a $50 cheque from TNS? I'm trying to calculate to see how much it costs now to redeem a paypal amount using their new site and reward redemptions.

5000 points, 1000 points=$10.00. I just redeemed my first paypal from them for $10.00 which took 1116 points. 116 points extra for $10.00 paypal and you still have to wait 10-13 days to receive it, I used to receive the cheques from them in about the same time....not sure if I'll be using their paypal payment again

I do love TNS though!

One other change is that they have two sweepstakes running. If you log in every day you will receive entries for 10,000 reward points and if you complete a survey you receive an entry for $10,000! Worth the time to log in.

I notice all my past orders are now missing....... I hope they pay me out for all those amazon I ordered in Nov and Dec
