Did anyone get replacement cards for the faulty ones sent out last week, it has been longer than the promised 2-3 days

Do you keep a list with the survey numbers Kris? The ones they credited me for this week were from June!!

If your 750 one was the same one I did (alcohol?) it closes on the 29th and should credit within 3-5 biz days but their ToS says up to 6 weeks

TNS is very slow, I just got 1 GC after that letter but they owe me 8 I believe. I have been getting credit within 6 weeks usually, not 3-5 days like they say

lol i do put them in a folder when i remember,,the survey numbers never match up lately so I am so confused,lol. Maybe you have to keep the months old surveys longer like you said.I just send her a email saying they weren't credited them delete them if it's past the date. I just deleted some older ones this week. Maybe see if they are still lurking around in the deleted folder. That would explain a lot,thanks.

I actually write down the survey number, amount, end date and survey date in a book so I can get rid of the emails without worrying.

They were better with my second set of GCs, only took 1 month to post compared to over 2 with the first set

It takes a really really really long time. I haven't been paid off for ones in July, so last time it took 6 months......its like they do payouts twice a year (for me anyway) Plus, quite a few times people had to send angry messages and phone calls to even get their GC's
