Oh how I love heat waves and only having air conditioners upstairs in the bed rooms.
2 banana's... that was the ONLY thing I was going to eat at a gas station! Had watermelon Fanta to drink.
since I had leftover turkey I needed to use up before we leave for vacation, I diced up about 2 cups of turkey, mixed with hot cooked linguini, 2 cans of mushroom soup, 1 can of mushrooms and frozen broccoli that was thrown in with the pasta to cook. mixed all together and added parm. cheese on the top. it's so good. mushroom soup <3
tonight we're going to the mandarin for Chinese food. yay!!! dh's 39th birthday.
Fish and asparagus for lunch today so dinner will either be BBQ'd chicken with salad or burger and salad. Will let DS decide. Then the other will be dinner tomorrow night lol

OO - I'd love roast piggy! Enjoy!
Last night it was too hot to cook anything, besides that I didn't feel great, so we got wings and wedges from 7-Eleven - gosh, they are most awesome!
Tonight, depending upon whether or not the BBQ can be resurrected - burgers.
ended up cleaning out the fridge into an "everything" veggie lasagne. Included the mushrooms about to turn, half a green pepper, half a red pepper, tomatoes, and leftover ends of block cheese. throw in some oven ready noodles and a jar of hunts, and I look like an awesome cook :)
add to that Dole salad I picked up at Superstore that was on for $2.50, with $50% pink sticker and a loaf of Olivieri garlic bread on 50% off pink sticker for $2.
I think I threw together a great hearty meal for $10 - $12, with built in lasagne leftovers.
It was hot and muggy yesterday so I made HUGE taco-ish salads. I say ish because DH wanted ranch dressing instead of salsa and sour cream.
Its nice and HOT today so it will be something on the bbq like burgers or dogs??? and LOTS of fruit for dessert :P. I'm off to the farm now.........
someone make me diner please. otherwise I'm going to have the same old same old, stoffers pasta, broccoli and a bakery fresh bun.
