I bought way too much cod yesterday so i saved some and will do that tonight switching up the potatoes for rice
packing the cooler for the cabin, most of the food is already made, will just need to reheat on the wood stove, etc..we have another storm headed our way for Sunday so will be returning early to get ready for the Super Bowl! See you all on Sunday, have a great weekend!

I was a volunteer at a charity dinner last night, so got the royal treatment. Prime rib, roasted veggies, twice baked potato and Yorkshire pudding.
The Keynote speaker was former NHL'r Jim Kyte. He was fantastic, what a story to tell.

Pub Grub
Ham and scalloped potatoes. Everyone loves ham and then we have leftovers for the week.

Tonight will be on the lighter side. Fish sticks and side salad. Maybe a small martini to start!
I need something for lunches this week so think I will make a pot of Potato Soup for dinner and then that will cover lunches as well

Thinking some sort of Pasta, we have Spinach Ricotta Shells in the Freezer or we made a big batch of bolognese Sauce also in the Freezer we can use. I just know whatever we have it needs to be easy as these back spasms are not stopping so the less movement the better but we will not order take out.

Last night my wonderful man made Pad Thai. It was good (I am not a huge fan) So for lunch today I have the leftovers from my dinner with a bit of leftover pasta he made the day before (we tried the "better for you" pasta. its not bad either)
Change in plans, pasta sounded good but commercial came on for burgers so instead we are having Homemade Burgers with Homemade Poutine
