All I know so far is that we're having strawberry shortcake for desert tonight as I made buttermilk biscuits last night.
Schnitzel Fried potatoes, sauerkraut and green beans. My son is picking up dessert. He won't tell me what it is.
We are leaving to Sasktoon tonight and won't be back until Sunday. Dh and I have a joint meeting tomorrow, so our meals will basically be covered for the entire weekend. Just have to submit receipts for food, hotel, and mileage to get reimbursed. Might be eating in Weyburn or Regina tonight. Just have to wait and see. Lots of restaurants in our future.

Tonight, I made tuna muffins (uh, tuna loaf I guess), noodles and sauce, coleslaw.
Husband (aka: The Tuna Hater) ate three of the muffins, so I guess I did something right!
making curry chicken thighs with fresh tomatoes and sweet peppers for the weekend.
We stopped at DQ and each got a $6 meal deal. Delux cheese burger, fries, pop, and caramel Sunday.
