Ended up taking the $3.49 Tuesday KFC special to the movies. So glad our theater is so laid back with outside food...you can't hide that smell. LOL
I picked up a mini ham and have been using it for sammies for work lunches this week. But I decided to put it out of its misery tonight as I get bored with same thing every day at lunch. So I think I will glaze up the last of the ham, bake a small dish of scalloped potatoes with lots of cheese on top and a fresh garden salad. Another comfort meal, the weather sure does play a factor into meal planning doesn't it?Opening a fee-free Tangerine account using my Orange key: 43034602S1 You will receive a $50 bonus from Tangerine. Well, I'm full! Usually I can only eat three, but I only had 1/2 sandwich for lunch, so I polished off four!
Ground pork with El Paso taco mix, diced onions and roma tomato, lettuce, little bit of cheese, stand and stuff shells.

^ You made me google, Purdee! Sounds yummy!
It's wonderful your husband likes tomatoes, he gets that lycopene which men need.
It's a struggle for me to get husband to have it, same with son (except ketchup), so once in a while I do make a stew/casserole with lots of tomatoes - and as long as there is lots of meat, they like it and eat it!

I made a 'deconstructed lasagna soup' last night, it was quite good. We're having leftovers of it tonight. It had Italian sausage in it, I think next time I will make my own sausage meat since I found it a bit salty.
