Tomato veg noodle soup, ham and/or salami sandwiches.
Son just called and he's bringing over a crabapple pie for dessert, which his boss's wife made - and he got because he was the best worker today!
Last night I found some sliced ham in the freezer I baked up with a side of rice and green beans which I added a cream of mushroom sauce too and baked. My side dish still needs some tweaking but not bad for a first try.
Roast tonight for sure! With mushroom Garvey!
Last night was tofu pad thai from thai express.
Tonight I will be making chicken fried rice and a baby leaf salad

We went to Swiss chalet tonight, I had a messy chicken sandwich and hubby had a double leg dinner and maybe DQ for dessert if we have time before the Jays game, but I'm still stuffed.
used 50% off coupon for chicken tenders at safeway (about 15-16 strips for $7), got a large family sized ceasar salad at superstore $10. Quick and easy dinner :lol:
Takeout day -- I had a chicken burger with steak fries and gravy to dip (couldn't finish burger, ate most of fries - the gravy is fab, it's homemade), husband had boneless ribs and bread.
And what a sweetie, he stopped at Safeway bakery before he picked up the food, and came home with cinnamon buns and peanut butter cookies. :love:

this morning, brewing a pot of pork hock soup.. for later.
