Panko breaded cutlets and pasta. I bought a few cutlets (aka tenderized hip steak) since they were pink stickered at 30% off plus 200 points per $1 on beef at RCSS. I also picked up some Ace garlic bread since I had a coupon that expires May 31st.
Last night I had steak, peppers, mushrooms, and asparagus all done on the bbq. The asparagus was local and so tender and delicious, it tasted like fresh peas, but the peppers were outstanding. They were smaller yellow and orange and the sweetest peppers I've ever had. As I was eating them I thought, "this is so good I've got to post on the SC dinner thread". :P Lol, does anyone else here do that?
