What's For Dinner?

Making tofu veggie burgers today,, (have to keep busy, my cat is at the vets getting spayed ).

I can't believe I just found this. Where have I been? under a rock??

anyhoodles, wow there are some talented ladies here. I just have to remember not to read this thread when I'm hungry:)

Last night I made Greek Coucous served chilled with warm grilled chicken breasts:icon_thumleft:.

Last night, penne pasta with tuna in a mushroom sauce, leftover peas and corn added; huge salad to go with. Hid some leftovers for lunch today!
Today's dinner - chili. Son is working from two til late evening, so it has to be something easily-warmupable for later.

Chicken burgers and fries. Easy-peasy from the freezey...

Last night was homemade caesar salad, anchovies and coddled egg and all. <3

There was steak too but the salad was OM NOM NOM.

And ice cream for dessert. :)

left over -pork fillet with home made General Tao sauce
and probably riced popatoes

and i'm pretty sure DH will dig in the brownies i made for DDad

I made stew yesterday and had the leftovers today for lunch.....didn't take pictures because it wasn't pretty, but it tasted good.

Hamburgers on the BBQ - all gone. LOL

we had burgers last night with coleslaw ... ended up putting it right on the burgers they were SO good!

haha today is a lazy day microwave dinner for lunch with garlic bread and for supper is going to be a veggie pizza from a box

Been working the garden all day so it's Mr. Delissio and his mistress Ms. McCain.

Just came back from swimming at the pool.
We are having a small BBQ get together tonight. Steaks, baby potatoes, potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, etc.

Hamburgers and deep fried tofu (rooster sauce and Pad Thai) for us tonight. Yummy.

I'm getting tired of burgers, but we're trying to clean out the deep freeze before we move. The tofu was a nice change from french fries, though.

Oh! And lunch was the meatball special at Ikea. <3
