Interesting how now that we 'have' to do two meatless days per week through Lent, that it seems harder... when in actuality, often we have that many a lot of weeks anyway.
Today, homemade veggie soup with egg salad sandwiches.
Mom ended up staying home last night so didn't get my salad fro dinner but good news is another all day meeting today with another lunch so tonight is dinner and based on how I felt last night we will be skipping the bun.
Roast Chicken, mashed potatoes, frozen peas and carrots and rolls. Not sure about dessert yet.
Lentil soup.
Free lunch day at work....I am still so full.... I dont think i will be having dinner!

Trying not to buy anything until next Tuesday and use up a lot of freezer items. This is challenging:shock:

Last night we had roast ham, organic garden carrot sticks, canned pineapple, M&C, and a glass of milk.
Tonight we we are going to a Chinese and pizza buffet, Friday supper special $12.95.
Shake n bake chicken legs, Shredded potatoes, cauliflower and crescent rolls.
Hot chicken sandwich and fries.

dont know exactly, but we were invited out by some friends to go to the annual Spagh Supper at the local Church. Hubby is all spaghettied out! Like im all pizzaed out.
