Meat loaf, mushroom scalloped potatoes, carrots, and blueberry pie for dessert
Chicken wings didn't feel like cooking, I've been really not motivated to cook the last week (pre full moon)....yeah let's stick with that
I have ZERO interest in dinner planning tonight. I'm not really hungry and I have very little energ today but I know DH will be hungry and the poor guy has been playing nurse for me for the last 2 and a bit weeks and now he's working 6 days straight this week :(.
I'll probably just roast the butternut squash I have and add it to the beet/kale salad from last night and figure out some kind of meat for DH.
potatoes, sausage, sauerkraut and for dessert chocolate pie
Dh took me out yesterday. We went to a local Italian/Greek place and he had the ravioli and I had chicken soulvlaki.
MIL has made some dinner so DH will be picking it up tonight after work so it's going to be a surprise but a tasty one ;)
Leftovers from last night's roasted chicken, going to have a chicken casserole
I'm told we are having Italian sausages, spaghetti with meat sauce and Italian loaf.
Nachos tonight, I need something and quick and easy so I can prep everything I need to take with me tomorrow.
..yesterday was $2.99 Big Mary Monday at Mary Brown's, so good, yummy with taters..this evening having one of my favorite meals, fresh mussels steamed with tomatoes, toasted baguette with lots of garlic and butter to soak up the tomatoes and a caesar salad :)

Leftover fried chicken, and I just made a huge macaroni salad, loaded up with tons of veggies (a pain to cut them all teeny-tiny, though!).
Fried rice and marinated pork chop.
Stuffed Pork side ribs, baked potatoes, green beans and a tossed salad. Cherry cheese cake for dessert.
Congrats DDD on your new Blue! Very well deserved and earned!

DH came home with a huge basket filled with beef stew, lentil & veggie soup, shepherd's pie, suffed baked potatoes, a homemade Italian loaf and a homemade raisin bread! We will be eating like kings for a while :).
Thinking tonight's dinner will be very simple. We have a meeting at work today which includes lunch which is Ham, Roast Beef, Potatoes and sides so I figure a light simple dinner is in order. I have a Salad in the fridge so thinking I will just have that with a Garlic Bun, but in all honesty I might drop the bun as I will probably still be stuffed
