Tonight it was just the youngest and myself so I pulled a small container of homemade pasta sauce from the freezer, with odds and end pasta and ceaser salad. I hid the last piece of cheesecake to dethaw for me later :). I bought the kids blizzards last night so all is good and fair!

Tonight, I made cornflake-encrusted garlicky fried pork loin chops; scoobydoo pasta with stir-fried veggies - onions, mushrooms, carrots, peas, broccoli stems.
Good thing I only make these chops a few times a year, such yummy crunchy goodness! Son was over the moon happy!
Swiss Chalet tonight. I had the messy chicken sandwich and hubby had the double leg dinner.
...Football Sunday! I'm making a big pot of beef stew w/ doughboys, making it early so its all done and I can just relax and watch the games.
No Peyton again this week. Tsk! Tsk! :teeth:

Roast beef with potatoes, carrots and the last half hour of cooking cauliflower. Lots of gravy and Yorkshire pudding. Carrot cake for dessert.
I roasted a ham last night from No Frill's $1.27/lb sale that they currently have. I think we will have leftover ham, KD, boiled veggies, and a glass of milk for supper. Icecream or healthy monster cookie squares for later.
Sauteed ground pork in a mushroom sauce, mixed with leftover pasta and veggies from yesterday.
Made a pot of chicken barley soup. And I ate another cupcake.

Going out for Chinese food with a few of my coworkers tonight.
I made a chicken stew yesterday for meals this week since yet again we are different schedules. Mom will make mashed potatoes before she goes to work today so we have Chicken Stew over mashed potatoes tonight, she can take to work and I will re heat when I get home from work.
Hoping this is one wonderful chicken stew as making it was a bit of a gong show, first I defrosted pork chops instead of chicken thighs and then the chicken thighs would not defrost because of how they were packaged to go into the freezer. Ended up in the over 2 hours later then I had planned.
