Chinese tonight ordering in.
sirloin burgers with bacon on brioche buns and homemade french fries. and tomato
Wieners and beans with a greek salad.
I don't have to cook until Friday now.....soaked my beans Monday, ( 6 types ) made the chili Tuesday....oh what a roast pan I made too.
Managed to use up stuff kicking around the veggie drawer as well ( bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms ) used my favourite Vidalia onions in it and lots of lean ground beef. Made a fresh loaf pan of cornbread to serve with.
Onion rings, other stuff too but onion rings is the most important.
..lots of leftovers, finished up the ribs & rice from yesterday ...

This is my plan too! Since I have 5 family packages of lean beef to make into burger patties for the freezer I am thinking I will cook burgers tonight! And we have coleslaw to use up too!Quote:
