    I don't have to cook until Friday now.....soaked my beans Monday, ( 6 types ) made the chili Tuesday....oh what a roast pan I made too.
    Managed to use up stuff kicking around the veggie drawer as well ( bell peppers, carrots, mushrooms ) used my favourite Vidalia onions in it and lots of lean ground beef. Made a fresh loaf pan of cornbread to serve with.

    This is my plan too! Since I have 5 family packages of lean beef to make into burger patties for the freezer I am thinking I will cook burgers tonight! And we have coleslaw to use up too!
