Ground pork casserole - sauteed with onions and cauliflower, lots of herbs and spices; along with corn, peas, carrots, green beans, mushrooms; sauce from cream of celery and mushroom soups. Will serve over pasta.
Made a double batch so I could freeze a meal.
Butter chicken over jasmine rice and a side of steamed chard.
Tonites menu was lasagna, garlic bread and old made French onion soup and mar bar cookies ohhh I could have skipped main meal and jump right to dessert lol
wanted to empty some " things " from the freezer to make space , so dinner is hot dogs, chicken burgers and those silly Flamingo X and O things.
Homemade pizza and a Caesar salad. Just a few cookies for dessert.

Today was Very busy ..
I got home from work ... know time to cook anything.. so only made roast beef sandwich ...got ready go to meeting .
last night was shaking beef (beef cubes, tomato, celery, onion, garlic) and crusty bread to soak up the juice.
tonight was classic beef stew
we got two big hunk of beef and no room in the freezer. Still have the 2nd hunk of beef left and it will be beef and broccoli for hubby, beef and bok choy for me, both stir fry over steamed rice.

then left over roast beef will be turned into taco con carne

Tonight, not sure was thinking something Rice but then saw the BBQ Pulled Pork in the Fridge. We will see what I feel like when I get home from work.
Last night we were going to go out for wings, but both of the restaurants were so packed that they didn't have a table for our family of 5. So we eventually grabbed a rotisserie chicken from Sobeys, had it with leftover sweet potato and freshly made KD.
Tonight we we are having T-bone steaks with fried fresh mushrooms, etc.
It seems ourcold snap is leaving and after a chilly and snowy two weeks it is going to 15 today. I know i am going barbecue teriyaki salmon steaks, will come up with some sides later!!
