Last night we had a pork roast, mashed potatoes, gravy and green beans.
Tonight- I am treating DS to take out after his game.
Tomorrow night I am on my own- Not sure my plan.
Saturday- Found 2 beautiful steaks in the freezer. Bought shrimp so will have them on skewers with the steak. Baked potato and mushrooms and onions. Yum- I can't wait.
Beef stew with lots of veggies and salad. Pound cake for dessert.

Another busy busy day at work and nooo time cook supper tonite .. few crackers and piece cheese .. head out to fire hall .. Fire department and Firettes having kids Halloween costume party for kids tomorrow nite .. so I had help decorate fire hall .:painkiller::rip::mad2:
It's clearing out some of the leftovers night - I had pasta shells with tomato sauce.
Husband will clean up what's left of the baked ham - there are a few sides for him to choose from, but knowing him, he'll just have the fresh bakery buns we got last night.
since it is another rainy forecast for tomorrow I may try this new recipe I just found!!

Beef fajitas, Mexican coleslaw and Spanish rice, will serve with cheese guacamole salsa, and sour cream.
Two servings of Mom's grated zucchini and cottage cheese strudel. It's salty good.
