What's For Dinner?

Homemade Sheppard Pie using a piece or roast I found in the freezer with Mushroom Gravy and Homemade Potato Buns

Today was Newfie tradition Sunday dinner.... salt beef , peas pudding , blueberry pudding , onion pudding , carrots, cabbage , turnip , parsnip, potatoes and turnip tops ( Greens ) pastries ,dumplings and chicken with dressing and lots and lots of gravy .. OMG !!! What a feed it was had skipped dessert lemon meringue pie .. kept dessert later in nite .. had go for walk afterwards.. LOL

Baked chicken thighs and legs in teriyaki sauce; baked parsleyed rice; stirfried onions, carrots, mushrooms, celery, and garlic.

I made split pea soup, I had one of those mixes that you can buy at a craft sale. I added chopped up ham and some leaks that I found in my freezer. It was so good

Pork chops with lots of mushrooms and onions, fried potatoes and cauliflower. Apple blossoms and ice cream for dessert.

..I have a pork roast in the oven but that has as much appeal as a shoe...lol...maybe baked potato and apple sauce?

... Look'n like more turkey leftovers... Mmmm...yeah!

I am hungry. We are making Philly cheese steak with homemade fries. Bring. it. on. The man works late but he said he wants to cook this so I will wait :) I was happy to get Chinese lol

Roast beef, potatoes, peas and gravy.

Just put meatballs in the oven to cook, will have with pasta and tomato sauce.

I was going to make a chicken sandwich but
it's too complicated so I just ate the chicken.

Spent the day in the kitchen batch cooking for the freezer, made Hunter's Elk stew and dumplings yesterday so we have to clean that up tonight!
