Made meatballs in gravy with onions and shrooms. Made mashed taters and now on to the stuffed peppers. I have to use up the meat since I defrosted it. There's also leftover taco meat and pork chops from Tuesday night.
All vegetarians are welcome to come over to the dark side if they wish, there's plenty for everyone. :twisted:

KFC - sent husband for the $20 unbelieve-a-meal, adding on a coleslaw. Well, he musta been tired, because he totally got upsold into $38 worth - same number of pieces, but extra salads, cake and pop. Crap. For that money, I would have ordered food from somewhere else!
Tonight is homemade honey-garlic chicken wings, rice, and some sort of veggies.
Will be ordering pizza in. It's pizza, beer, and chips night for hubby and his guy friends who are coming over to help put together the baby room! :hahaha:
Cooking lunch now... Baked salmon with roasted red and green peppers on a bed of rice!
