Costco whole chicken rewarmed, French fries w/ gravy and homemade pear & pecan muffins
Really busy day so we stopped on the way home for subs
I had no ambition when I got home from work so I pulled a bag of Homemade Chicken Parm Soup and had that for dinner, quick easy and simple.
Tonight's supper was beef strogonoff with no yolk noodles, raw cauliflower, cucumber, sugar snap peas, and a glass of milk. Dessert was fresh apple crisp with vanilla icecream.
Hey first no I'm not obsessed with chicken strips ok lol. However today I picked up more ready to go hot chicken strips at walmart. They had non available but said more were coming out of the oven in a couple mins. I said ok I'll just go walk around the produce section for a moment then. Before I could go back to pick them up he was walking up to me with the chicken strips. Also got some potato wedges to go with it that I had already put in my cart and coleslaw.
Tonight will be leftover pork chops; will make rice with sauteed veggies and salad to go with.
Beef stew with lots of veggies and dumplings. Butter tart for dessert.
We are currently in the second day of a nasty blizzard, we kept our son home from school. Dh is working in these conditions, so he'll be cold when he gets home. I'm going to make a small pan of lasagne and tossed salad. I might. And something else if I can muster the energy.
I think I'll do up some halibut, au gratin potatoes, and beans, I think.
Hold the phone.....I had planned to make club sandwiches AND then the phone rang.....
FIL invited us to join them for birthday cake and chicken :cheer2: to celebrate MIL's birthday.
