A buddy came to visit so we went all out last night.
Pasta and Steak with all the fixings.
Tonight was a lot simpler Italian Sausage, perogies and broccoli on the grill.

I just started some beef short ribs in the slow cooker.
Beer and Chipotle BBQ sauce and a quart of Long Black Beer!

This is the general idea for tonight's supper. Reese's potato salad, marinate d pork chunks with onion and celery, chopped baby zucchinis with yellow pear tomatoes garlic parsley flakes and parmesan cheese. I think Dh will likely comment about too much veggies. We have lots of veggies in the garden, but haven't been eating salads lately.
Spaghetti and homemade meatballs, garlic bread and a garden salad. Butter tarts for dessert.
..there's been a lot of BBQs this week and I had a lot to do today so this morning I put in the slow cooker a loin-bone in pork roast with small scrubbed baby potatoes & carrots, onion, etc...smells sooo good...can't wait to dig in!! :)
Normal summer frenzy here so the people that are not already up north refused my offer of take out fish and chips as they are on their way out to the gym. They say its a bit counter productive. I'm going for it as I do not even have a gym membership and at my age I really do not care. All the power to them tho

No time for supper tonight.. left work and head over to Fire Hall.. meeting with fire Dept members and Firettes.. planning our summer festival .
Tonight is date night so he is planning/cooking! Feeling like a light pasta with chicken so I will suggest that lol
Last night we had Homemade Burgers with Homemade Chips done on the indoor griddle with Herb infused oil.
Tonight is a mystery so far, will see what I come up after I get off work, pick up Mom (we carpooled), see if we need to stop anywhere and then get home.
