Thawed out some boneless chicken breast a while ago so will do kabobs with corn on the cob I brought back from up north
We had a late lunch, so I just had some strawberry shortcake
Yesterday was Ribfest here in Trenton.
Spent today on Buckhorn so just ordered in Chinese at home tonight.
Primo beef and barley soup - I was able to have at least some. Husband will eat the rest, plus sandwiches maybe.
First thing this morning I made a pasta for the gang. Used a 900 gr bag of those Scoobi doo's, 3 jars sauce and 1 kg lean beef.
Added lots of black pepper, minced an entire bulb of garlic into it, as well as diced onions and herbs.
DS was the taster..... he gave it the thumbs up, then he headed up to bed and DH had his during the Jays game.
used leftover rice, pork, chicken, and egg, to make fried rice. Threw in peas, eggs and onions too
I think tonight's supper might be toasted bacon tomato and cheese sandwiches. I might make a tossed salad with swisschard, dill, cucumber, etc. I harvested the first large ripe tomatoes from my plants last night, we've been eating cherry tomatoes for a few weeks already.
edit: I'm not feeling well, so I think we'll have pizza from the freezer.

Hot hamburger, baked potato, and broccoli with gravy.
just me and my daughter (19 mths old) for dinner tonight. Luckily my mom sent me a package of beef noodle soup so we'll have that for dinner.
My wife was already up north and my youngest daughter took out a couple of frozen turkey burgers for them but forgot them. Their loss is my gain, already defrosted and I have buns, just need to cut up a couple of toppings
Sausages, corn on the cob and green beans.
