thank you for asking, i think the interview went well, it was part of the application process for CRSP (Canadian Registered Safety Professional) designation. The interviewers will submit their feedbacks to the Board, who will make the final decision, then once the Board approved, I get to write a 3.5 hrs exam that I must pass to get the designation.

Tonight's supper was steak with mushrooms, square noodles, and steamed fresh cauliflower.
Chicken strips, beets, and rice.
Costco rotisserie chicken and pre-made salads.
Hot hamburger, mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Made Honey Dijon Pork Chops in an oven bag. Served with carrots, mashed potato and salad.

Last night went out to Red Lobster, & had salmon, a baked potato, & a few veggies.
I'm still really full still; not use to eating so much, so tonight's dinner will probably be something very light.
I'll have to give it some thought. :shrug:

Tonight is Lazy Lasagna, Cesar Salad and Garlic Bread
Roast pork loin, mashed potatoes, beets and gravy. Apple blossom and heavenly hash ice cream for dessert.
