I was going to make spaghetti with a meat sauce, but the ground beef was already in the oven as a meatloaf lol
Sides were potatoes and peas.

Boy, I'm so glad at this time that I had some 'ready to heat' food in the freezer.
Had Stampede pork button bones (from GT on sale) - now, I still can't taste properly, but the smell was amazing, and my son said it was the best sauce ever, said he wished it came in a bottle - sweet and very smokey. Had buttered boiled potatoes with it, and coleslaw (first time using Kraft coleslaw dressing, and it was okay - I always make my own dressing for it).
So the men ate well, I was able to just have a few bites of each thing.Last edited by Natalka; Wed, Aug 30th, 2017 at 07:35 PM.

Monday Night I was not feeling well, think I caught Mom's flu so I just had Kraft Dinner for Dinner
Tuesday Night we were supposed to go out but Mom messed up schedule and had to work later then she thought so she ran into Costco and grabbed a cooked chicken I made a Cesar salad with bacon bits and parm and pulled out a couple buns and called it dinner
Last night we finally went out and were running late and Mom still needed to make 36 hand pies for a co worker's brother's wedding this weekend so we grabbed KFC on the way home. Little disappointed our fries were not even half full. (I miss Mary Brown's and rumour has it that since KFC and Popeyes has come to town they are just leaving the building burnt out and not re opening).
Tonight is a mystery maybe after I have some breakfast I will make a plan but thinking something quick and easy as my kitchen seems to be a but of a mess this morning.Last edited by SassyAshley; Thu, Aug 31st, 2017 at 07:34 AM.

Chicken pot pie last night and for lunch today. My second try at it and I got it right this time. I will never buy Costco pie again!

Stopped off at Metro and the rib steaks were still on sale.
So steak again tonight...lots of veg leftover from last night.
I still haven't got the knack of cooking for one and decent wine doesn't come in half bottles either

Last night I had a slice of Italian bread with some cheddar cheese, and a plum.
Tonight, tomato soup & ritz crackers.
