    I was totally planning a nice meal, was thinking Pasta but I spent the morning cleaning and then took a short nap on the couch so instead we are having:

    We are most definitely having thick and juicy homemade burgers for either late lunch or early dinner. Earlier today I mixed up lean ground beef with ground pork. Food processed up some basil leaves, green onion and garlic. Added the bread crumbs, eggs and S & P.
    Formed 8 burgers @8 oz. each frying them in a deep pan right away. Then formed the remaining patties to be frozen. ( 5 patties @ 6 oz. and 3 @ 4 oz. )
    The 4 oz. ones are for me. Wait till the guys bite into those 8 ounce burgers!
    Sides will 2 NF salads. ( macaroni and potato egg )

    Mom had originally planned to do a Roast Beef Dinner with all the fixing but when the Roast was done we were not feeling it so instead we had:

    Hot Roast Beef Sandwich for Her, I had Roast Beef on a Garlic Toasted Bun and on the side we both had Roasted Sweet Potato Slices and Roasted Broccoli, I love my Air Fry for veggies.
