The naan bread pizzas i made the other night for dinner were great! i didnt think they would be such a hit but they were. Daughter and her friend came over for dinner. grandkids were with their father (long story, he left our daughter for her friend).
Beef stew with lots of veggies and dumplings, banana loaf for dessert.
Ham and scalloped potatoes (made with philly cooking cream - fingers crossed)
Chicken Meatloaf & Mac & Cheese.
Oven baked crunchy chicken thighs, Italian herbed potato wedges - and I think I'll just have a hunk of iceburg and some cucumber slices with Gk dressing.

Tonight I'll make a casserole with ground pork, onions, celery, cabbage, and carrots in a mushroom sauce, served over pasta, with garlic toast.
It's suppose to be a rainy evening so might make beef stew...it's cool enough for sure!! I have some beef stewing meat and bits & pieces of steak that I froze from making shiskabobs and I have frozen carrot and turnip/rutabaga ...and will just need to add some potatoes and whatever else ...
Spaghetti with meatsauce.
The kids fav- Tacos! Made the taco meat last night so will be quick to get on a plate tonight! Then out the door for baseball.
