Cooked fresh cod fish from catch my uncle got this morning.. potatoes,bruise and onions and fat back pork
Hotdogs and corn on the cob.
Early supper of leftovers. We were later invited to our next door neighbours to help celebrate their granddaughter's 4th Bithday. We snacked some while there.
Made a lazy lasagna
Honey garlic sausages, potatoes and carrots
not really sure yet, but 3 very thick and lean pork loin chops are defrosting right now. Must think of a few sides we have not enjoyed for a while, I dislike making the same things over and over.

Baked chicken & cauliflower, with cheese sauce.

..we had our yearly beach festival this past weekend, it was so much fun, lots of great food, toutons, seafood chowder, fish & brewis and all the other stuff, tried it all :)
Last night we had home made waffles with bacon, sliced banana and strawberries, and I had a couple scoops of icecream too.
Tonight's supper is a meat/veggie/bean mixture served with corn chips with melted marble cheese on top, sour cream, and a glass of milk.
Tomorrow's supper plan is chicken thighs (baked in oven or on the BBQ), Reser's potato salad, fresh broccoli (our son's request), fresh garden peas and beans, fried zucchini with cherry tomatoes.

Today was my dad's birthday, so we ordered in Chinese food and a chocolate cake (we bought it at Walmart in the freezer section thinking it was an ice cream cake :rolleyes:).
