I had a snacky kind of dinner tonight, hummus with raw snow peas and carrot sticks, a few gluten free crackers and a cold piece of previously sauteed chx breast. 2 bottles of water.
I was watching the Jays and did not feel like warming anything up.
Sad they experienced another ump with an obvious chip on his shoulder early in the 2nd inning. Pfft! Whatever, they lost this on but tomorrow we will take game 2, then game 3....... Mike Trout look out!! ha ha

Last night we had chicken salad sandwiches and potato salad, which were purchased at Costco.
Tonight we used up some leftover meat.... bbq steak was put into some baked "fried" rice and leftover chicken and turkey was put into a curry.

Came home to pot roast baked with tomatoes, rhubarb, and onions. Boyfriend decided to clean out the fridge. Sounds weird, but its actually not bad.

Decided to try a different You Tuber's version of Cauliflower Pizza crust. Wow, he ain't kidding, this crust really holds together well! The guy is kind of funny to watch. At first I balked at spending the extra $$ on a chunk of good hard Parmesan but I sure don't regret it now, the flavour was so worth it.
I made a double recipe and cut each pizza into 6 slices. I had to stop myself after 3 slices! Yummy!!

Leftover Chinese food tonight - when we packed it up after supper, all the containers were still full...
Our son is coming over again to help eat some up, and there will be plenty for him to take some home as well.

Thought I'd get a jump on the guys Monday and Tuesday work meals. Made up a batch of lazy cabbage BUT only had 2/3 of a cabbage left, so I sneakily small diced up all the bottoms of the cauliflower I had left over from the pizza crust I made and also added some small diced zucchini.
They may not even notice? We'll see.
