Beef Stroganoff With egg noodles , green beans and Greek salad. Just a few chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

My black bean potato burgers didn't turn out exactly like the picture but they were good and filling. They were just a little hard to keep together but overall were ok. I'll experiment with it and try other recipes. Bottom pick are the shoestring onion rings.

Last night my man made an amazing chicken stir-fry. Great way to use up all the veggies in the fridge. Mushrooms, onion, peppers, green and yellow asparagus and bean sprouts. Even better is the leftovers for my work lunch today

Last night was naan bread pizza's. Dh always wants a Hawaiian and I make myself a roasted butternut squash with quinoa, wilted kale and sauteed onions with goat cheese. I also topped mine with arugala with a white peach balsamic dressing.

Looks yummy! We made homemade pizza on Friday night (cooked it on the BBQ) We have been buying the PC thin crust pizza crusts. Will have to look at the Naan bread and try that next time, thanks

I whipped up a potato salad which will be served with a choice of BBQ salmon or Bratwurst sausage.

I'm trying lol, didn't work out too bad. I made 20 veggie parties and then froze after cooking.

Tonight I'll heat up a couple of those. Today I also made homemade chips and made hummus in my magic bullet.

My wife and daughter just got back from the Toronto zoo so it is a fend for yourself kind of day
For me it is going to be just a couple of bbq frozen burgs. And for desert will be ice cream with fresh picked strawberries and raspberries that my daughter picked yesterday

...had a bbq...did a whole chicken with the backbone removed and flattened...did a potato packet with sliced potato, onion, crumbled cooked bacon, shredded cheddar, thyme & S&P...so good, bbq'd weiners, texas toast & corn

Made 2 of the sweet potato patties. Decided to serve it with bread on the side instead of as a burger. I used a bit of real maple syrup with hot sauce on top.

Fast fry rib steaks with onions, mushrooms, and peppers on a bun done on the BBQ with homemade fries. Ice cream sandwich for dessert.
