Last night made DH his request....a perogi burger!
( well mashed spuds, with sharp cheddar and bits of green onion mixed through)
Just used the frozen GT sirloin patties, spread the mashed spud mixture on the bottom bun and added a small dab of sour cream on the burger. He loved it!
We had them and some nice fresh cut veggie sticks, while watching the hockey game.

Crockpot chicken fajitas.

Hot moose roast sandwich with gravy and cooked veggies and a glass of milk.

Shipwreck casserole, garlic bread, pickles

Mushroom Risotto and salad

Came home to oven pork tenderloin, boiled broccoli and minute rice.
Simple but good

..have lots of cabbage to use up so made a big pan of cabbage rolls..

Hot hamburger, fried potatoes and broccoli. Apple blossom and ice cream for dessert.

Two boiled eggs , slice fresh bread and Diet Pepsi.. strawberries and banana for dessert

A bacon cheeseburger, onion rings, & a strawberry shake @ Shake Rattle & Roll.

Pizza on a cast iron griddle. AMAZING. The secret to awesome homemade pizza is apparently a decent amount of gluten flour (available at bulk barn) and cast iron! Bottom came out browned and crunchy and it actually had awesome texture this time.
Cast iron is so worth the time.

I think tonight I am going to cook the last of the home made cabbage rolls that are in my freezer. Boiled/fried perogies, ham sausage, boiled veggies, sour cream, and a glass of milk.

For a change, I have nothing on my plate today, so I think I'll actually do some cooking.
I have a craving for macaroni & cheese casserole, & will make a Caesar salad.
And, bake a lemon meringue pie for dessert.

Roast Chicken, mashed potatoes, beets, stuffing and gravy. Maybe DQ for dessert.
