KFC chicken, homemade fries and salad. Brownies for dessert.
Pizza and beer for me, wine for the wife.
Turkey pot pie,chocolate cake with white icing for dessert.
With my turkey I sent a leg & thigh to bil
made 3 containers soup
3 small just broth
3 pot pies
and turkey salad for sandwiches.
gotta love turkey eh ?

We are just going to have hot roast beef sandwiches with the leftover roast beef. We find the packaged gravy from Costco is actually pretty good if you don't have any home made gravy.
Crusty baguette with thick slices of ham, arugula, tomato, and hot mustard.
hubby is going to order boneless wings and pizza from pizza hut, i'm marinating some bell peppers for a toss salad.

...well, yesterday I started this program lose 10 lbs in 10 days (I don't really think that's possible)..but see what happens in 10 days..besides killer work-outs, lots of sleep, drink lots of water, avoid sugar, flour & all processed foods (?) alcohol, etc....I get to eat fruit (no banana) veggies (no potato, corn), 100 % whole-grains and meat, chicken, seafood, eggs, plain yogurt, etc. So this evening I'm bbqing prime rib steak and grilling asparagus & salad with a vinaigrette/balsamic dressing ..
@Natalka That looks good. I would go to the Chinese buffet close by and get hot hamburger or hot turkey. My friend is like you had turkey at the Chinese buffet lol. Yeah it's close by and no one else here does it and for $7.99 it's good value.Quote:
