Hubby made his amazing stewed beef and potatoes on top of rice (very thick stew)
mmmm...this all sounds so good...unfortuantely we opted for McDonalds tonight.....bleh....
last night we had perogies and salad... well, i did. and my family had meat lasagna.
then i indulged in heavenly hash icecream. SO GOOD!
Tonight will be chicken, baked potatoes and green beans
Last night DH and I headed south of the border to shop for some furniture so we went to I-HOP. I know you are probably thinking " GROSS" but the one in Bellingham is amazing!!!
DH had the Steak Omlette that came with 3 pancakes and I had the Sirloin Steak Tip Stirfry in a spicey ginger sauce with mashed taters instead of rice. It was so good I almost licked the plate!!!
Tonight I am going to try to duplicate the Mediterranen Pasta I had at Earls. Fingers crossed :)

Baked porkchops with potatoes, carrots, celery and onions - all done in a roaster together. It was scrumpdillyicious!
tonight i made home made Mac N Cheese with bacon and carmelized onion and Asiago cheese.........it was great, my hubby and son had second helpings..........

last night was home made chciken fajitas I make my own seasoning and they were awsome
tonigth I have no clue what my kids are having but I will be chowing down on some bbq chciken wings watching the Royal Rumble tonight
