What's For Dinner?

Dry fried seasoned pork chunks, tomato sauce (from last year's garde), angel hair pasta, Parmesan cheese, and cucumber slices.

Mac and beef. Ice cream w/ caramel for dessert

Juicy fat pork chops fried in oven; roasted potatoes and carrots.

Cod fish , brewis, potatoes, onions and fat back pork fried crisps and Diet Pepsi

I think tonight's supper will be oven baked quesadillas.

Think I caught a little bit of a bug yesterday, wasn't feeling the best so I just has Mashed Potatoes for dinner.

Mom is off today so not sure if she is cooking or if we are going out after work, she mentioned something about needing to go to Costco and the local Chinese market so we will see what the day brings when I get off work.

Leftover Chicken Tetrazini tonight for DS. I have a Tupperware container too but may save it for him for tomorrow night since he loves it. Thinking something simple tonight for me after hockey, salad or egg and toast. (I get tired of big dinners all the time)

Oven baked quesadilla, some with seasoned ground beef and some with leftover chicken drumstick meat.

Hot and humid, so we just grazed on leftovers and Yuppie vegan bars for desert. Too hot to cook much of anything.

Hamburger Helper :shock:, fresh baked bread and a small caesar salsd. Ice cream sandwich for dessert.

We're having subs and cold salads. Strawberry shortcake for dessert.

Looks like it will be the last of the leftover back bacon on a bun for me tonight.

..had a great couple of days at the cabin,,,so relaxing :) ..cleaned out the cooler and had some chicken drummies so bbq'd those this evening, rice, spinach & texas toast, its another glorious evening..
