Had a headache so just grilled cheese and bacon. You get what you get. LOL
scrambled eggs with a slice of toast, had a huge lunch of Vietnamese grilled beef w/ vermecilli and springroll, the portion was too big... hence my small dinner.

Went to a birthday party today...so after a day of quadding and skidooing, it was hot dogs and burgers :)
Tomorrow will be a big day of baking (cookies and muffins), and I will be making roast beast (deer) sandwiches with fried onions and au jus for dipping, fries and gravy on the side! :)
Mixed together a bag of Bistro Express and one of those green giant antioxid things and called it supper.
last night i had cereal. was way too tired to cook.
tonight, hopefully i have the energy to make something!
