Last night we had a strata meeting and got home late so made BLTs for dinner and a beer.
Tonight one of the organizations we volunteer for is taking us out for Chinese food.

Last night was a clean the kitchen and fridge night. Had 2 packages of stuffed pasta in the fridge so cooked that up and shredded some cheese to ad to it. One serving left in fridge for DS tonight.
I see burger patties we like on sale at GT today so thinking of grabbing that, buns and tossing a bag of fries in the oven. Easy peasy and kids love leftover burgers!

I need another fish fix! It might be fresh salmon steaks again...I always cook the 2 of them that come in the package, and have plenty for left over for the next day. Salad ( NOT romaine though ) as my side. I'll blend some Spring mix, baby spinach and shredded iceberg together.
..just happened to stop at the grocery store today and there was fresh mussels :love:..going to steam with tomato, garlic & olive oil and lot of crusty, garlicky, buttery bread
Urrrgggg snowing pretty bad here and I kept putting off get my snow tires put on.

I saw a recipe online for Cheesy Broccoli Baked Potato Soup that I am trying tonight-will also have Kale salad with that.

Herb and garlic haddock, roasted cauliflower and baked potatoes. Might look a little too white but is what I have on hand-grocery day tomorrow! I am sure it will taste good though and be nutritious!
Stovetop meatloaf and fries
..chicken wraps ( no romaine or caesar salad :bawling:, recall here too) ...and a splurge I like to have once in awhile, potato cut into thick wedges and tossed with zesty italian dressing and then coated with Shake n Bake crispy chicken coating, baked in the oven (turning a couple of times) until everything is nice & crispy
Egg salad sandwiches.
Ukrainian special from local diner - borscht, perogies with onions and bacon, Chicken Kiev, garlic sausage.
Oy, it was good!
