Picking up Chinese on my way home from work.
Right now, what to have for supper is up in the air. Anyway, thats probably exactly what we will have tonight: AIR!!! lol
Homemade chicken noodle soup with fresh bread
Leftovers
Going to make some homemade carrot soup with homemade rolls. Oh and maybe a martini to start!

Some leftover chicken noodle soup with a pasta salad
Since I have a sore troath and a beginning of a flu I will have a soups with chicken stuffed rolls and some crackers or maybe a simple bowl of cereal...will see
I was at a celebration of life and got home late so I re heated some Potato Wedges and Boneless Bites we had in the fridge. I was going to make a Salad but honestly I am so sore from standing, I couldn't.
Tonight, I am going to make Pasta Bake topped with lots of cheese and on the side will be Cheesy Garlic Naan and Cesar Salad (I have checked my lettuce is from Arizona not California so all safe here)
tonight it is a mystery but many choices on the fridge :)
It's the Grey Cup later! We'll be watching, so I made up a nacho layered dip. This time I added 0% fat plain Greek yogurt to the cream cheese, blending in dry taco mix powder. I also bumped up the heat a notch once the mixture was spread into the bottom of the dish with a scant dusting of chili powder over it before topping the whole thing with liquid Taco sauce and grated cheddar.
After fine dicing all the colourful veggies that make up the top layer, I've decided to keep them separate from the dip.
I go to extreme lengths ( with paper towel ) to keep these chopped toppings dry, but they can still " pool " in the dish.
So I think this will work better, everyone can just scoop their own portion of veg onto the dip.
Scoops are the Tostito of choice we use for filling up. Scrumptious morsels.
Made an interesting dish using strips of beef steak with broccoli crowns, snow peas and spaghetti squash.
Browned the strips of steak in a bit of sesame oil initially, finished off the tenderizing of the meat in Tamari and au jus from the blade roast I had in the oven.
Oh yeah, I made a roast too.
DH insisted on having some of those mini sausage roll appy's, so I bought ONE box for him to get his fill.
Returned the head of romaine I bought yesterday to NF, ( recall ) and picked up a head of iceberg instead.
Chicken fajitas for the game today
both of my little ones are not feeling well (3.5 yrs old and 5 months old) so no time to cook, my mom made soup and brought over some for me
