My wife is trying to make dinner rolls using the bread machine and if it works I will have mini ham and cheese sandwiches and if it doesn't it will be fend for your self
we're going to make south western eggrolls - a favorite of us from Chili's; they have closed all of their restaurants here a few years ago.
This headache I have been fighting for almost 2 weeks flared up again this afternoon so Mom ordered Pizza. Win in my books, as she was eating it she looked at me and said meh, ours is better (meaning out homemade pizza, Yippee).
I know I ate it but I am still torn on how I feel about having take out right now, I find I am constantly worried even after cleaning properly. Think this might be out last take-out, I just do not find it enjoyable anymore.

Was super tired by the time we got home from what we are hoping is a once a month shop at Costco that we just made Hot Dogs.

We sound like an inspired group-we are just having leftovers,
This afternoon I air fried 2 whole chickens ( ty Metro for the sale, each was $6.50 ), then cast iron dutch oven seared and slow cooked 16 pieces ( ? ) of these flat beef ribs that have 3 flat bones along each strip of meat....I always forget what they are called, but man are they tasty! ( ty FB 40% marked down trays! )
We just need sides to go with.
DH made a huge pasta with meat sauce last night, so plenty left of that.

Tonight we had to go simple again my last meeting of the day was 2 1/2 hours and it was my third meeting today, so that mixed with a few staff issues was my day. So we pulled Homemade Meatballs from the freezer and had Spaghetti with Meatballs and Cheesy Garlic Naan
Mac and cheese.
Busy day here so keeping it simple as I have been standing almost all day. So simply Nachos with Melted Cheese, Homemade Taco Meat and toppings of choice.
