Ah, Thatdone, you should always eat with your wife makes, whether good or bad, and always tell her its good. Let her decide if she wants to make it again or not. Thats what hubby does and if i see him eating something i made and i see he isnt exactly a fan of it, i never make it again. Like Fiddleheads!!!!!!Quote:

DS' choice for tonight. Tacos! Meat is all cooked up. Toppings/shredded/cut up and in containers ready.
Then tomorrow night I will make him taco salad!
yesterday had 3/4 container of ricotta to use up & 3/4 jar pasta sauce so cooked ground beef with mushroom, onions, spices, etc added it all to cooked fusilli , mixed it all together, put in a baking dish, topped with shredded havarti and baked for 30min...it was delicious and it made a lot!!! so leftovers for today

Tonight will be an easy night on dishes, pots and pans. Making a salad with Iceberg lettuce, some cucumber slices, tomato slices, red and yellow pepper slices, chopped green onion, cheddar cheese cubes, bologna slices, spiced olives and a nice French vinegrette. I was making French Onion Pasta Bake to use up some Heavy Whipping Cream and Mushrooms, we have now decided to have this for dinner so I split it in half, half for dinner, half in the freezer. With this we will have Cesar Salad and Cheesy Garlic Naan
...I made my own honey garlic ribs & fried rice and added grocery store bought eggrolls and chicken balls
Hot sausage on a bun but more importantly
maple flavoured cheese cake for dessert! :-)
planning to make hamburger steak with fried onions, gravy, mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts and a green salad with cukes, tomatoes, green onions, red pepper and balgamic vinegrette. and if im energetic enough, i plan to make garlic bread with homemade garlic butter.
