What's For Dinner?

They turned out wonderful last night! Well, momentarily at least.
Popped them out of the oven, immediately grabbed the camera which was right there on the counter and as I was snapping a pic they were starting to fall right before my eyes....lol!!! ( visualize the Wicked Witch after they splashed water on her )

The 3 of us had watched through the oven door as they were rising while cooking, we were all quite impressed at these Yorkshire Puddings. I know they are not for everyone, ( yes DH I hear ya!) but personally I get giddy when I have them.
We filled them with gravy and thin slices of roast beef, sauteed green beans with toasted sliced almonds and a box of fake mashed for sides. DS really enjoyed the 4 he ate. lol

Hmmmmm, ok, but what are they.

I know its cold outside but i really really dont feel like cooking, so Im cutting up some Iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, tomatos, celery and shaved carrots and making a salad with canned Tuna. Something different.

I was going to do Chicken Slovaki Bowls but Mom announced she wanted Chicken Alfredo so Chicken Alfredo it is as it seems easier.

I'm tired and don't feel like cooking/eating tonight.

Last night had a veggie burger with salad. Tomorrow night I will play in the kitchen and make a bunch of things for the kids to feast on for days. Tonight- Maybe cereal :)

Tired of the grocery shopping and sort it so I bought french baguette and cheese.
Will have french baguette with cranberry chicken spread and dessert cappucino yogurt.

Cooked a small beef roast, gravy, mashed potatoes, carrot & corn..had a bag of Kraft Caramels leftover from Christmas so made these Chocolate, Caramel & Oatmeal bars, OMG!!! they are so good

Dinner will be if father is not there a spinach quiche with ceasar salad and cheese if dad is here spaghetti..need to see if I can use the red peppers or they had gone bad.

Dinner tonight will be hot dogs using the Johnsonville Cheddar Cheese sausages. they are hot dogs with cheese in the weiner or sausage.
